Due to recent passing of California Assembly Bill 1263 effective Jan. 1, 2026, DANGELCO, Angel’s Armory & Forge, Florida Gun Parts and US Weapons Auction WILL NOT be accepting orders for firearm parts and gunsmithing tools from California residents until futher notice.

Most of the items we sell are antique, used & vintage goods, as well as curios and relics and the sales format is an auction consisting of bidding or buy it now, therefore we sale all items "AS IS".

Buyers should understand that used items may have blemishes, dents, dings, bumps, discoloration, scratches, wear and other signs of use.

The seller does not specify the condition of used items other than the description of “used”.

The seller does not accept returns or make refunds or cancellations for items we sell on E bay. 

This sale is “as-is” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, except that Seller warrants that what is being sold is rightfully owned by Seller and free of any valid ownership or financial claims from third parties. This sale is final. Buyer has no right to a return, exchange or refund.

We do no accept offers. Many times an item may only have a small mark up. Considering the original item acquision cost, E Bay fees and cost, label cost and shipping and packing and taxes, our profit often times is very small.

The label identification in a listing is believed to be accurate, but not guaranteed.

The buyer may have a firearm which is the same make, but may have variations in the design of the item of their specific make.

Firearms manufacturers often change design and variations like 1st Model, 2nd Model, etc. The buyer must evaluate the item and make a decision if the item is suitable for their usage and intended firearm application use. Buyer errors in application suitability evaluations will not result in a refund or cancellation. 

Please note: Not all parts are "drop-in." Some may require fitting or installation by a qualified gunsmith. Measure carefully and confirm your needs before purchasing. 

This contract includes a Release of Liability by the buyer or purchaser whom agrees not to take legal action against the seller for damages or injuries. 

The buyer holds the seller harmless in event of failure to use a Gunsmith for installation and/or safety review. The buyer accepts all risk of property damage or loss, including injury, death or other mishap resulting from failure to have a qualified Gunsmith inspect and install parts.

This liability release is incumbant upon the buyer, the buyer's relatives and inheritants, buyer's benefactors, estate and investors.

We ship via E Bay labels, using US Postal Service only. All of our items are shipped with tracking numbers. We do not ship to any other person, or other address, than the address and buyer name on file with Gunbroker, E Bay or other venues. We do not offer any form of compensation for failure of the buyer to maintain their shipping address on file with E Bay. Any losses in such episodes are at risk to the buyer.

In event an incorrect address on file with E Bay results in an item being returned to us (Seller), we will not re-ship the item until the Buyer confirms there accurate shipping address has been corrected in E Bay, and the Buyer submits payment for the corrected address shipping charges and a new E Bay label has been submitted by the Buyer. Customer losses related to a incorrect shipping addresses will not result in a cancellation, credit, exchange or refund on our part.

 If a buyer wants additional insurance that must be communicated to us, imediately after the item sales and additional insurance cost can be paid by check.

Any loss related to the Buyer not obtaining insurance sufficient to cover the entire item purchase amount in events of loss, theft or damage, will not result in a cancellation, credit, exchange or refund on our part.

The buyer agrees that the seller uses USPS only for shipping. USPS ground shipping of items are covered up to $100.00 against loss. If more insurance is required by you, you must notify us by e mail, immediately after your purchase. We many times we obtain labels and begin shipping on the same day the item was sold. We ship items out, no later than 3 days from date of sale.

RELEASE AGREEMENT

Individuals and or buyers of used merchandise, do hereby release and forever discharge the 
Releasee DANGELCO Dwight Angel Company, Angels Armory & Forge, Florida Gun Parts and US Weapons Auction including their agents, employees, successors and assigns, and their 
respective heirs, personal representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns, and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to 
any and all injuries and damages of any and every kind, to both person and property, and also any and all injuries and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to the liability. It is understood and agreed that this Release is made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction the causes of action, claims and demands mentioned herein; that this Release contains the entire agreement between the Releasor and Releasee; and that the terms of this Release are contractual and not merely a recital. 

This Release shall be binding upon the buyer, customer, purchaser and his/her respective 
heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.
